McKeown Auto Services in Dundalk was established in 2008 by Sean McKeown, to offer exceptional, independent vehicle repair and maintenance services that don’t break the bank.

Since then, we have grown into one of Ireland’s leading, award-winning, independent German vehicle specialists and become a Castrol Service centre, of which we’re very proud.  Our association with Castrol means our customers benefit, not only from their products themselves, but also from their product guarantees and the knowledge that we are consistent because we’re audited by them regularly.

Whilst we are German vehicle specialists, we also work on most makes and models, including electric and hybrids.  We offer warranty-preserving routine servicing for vehicles still under their manufacturer warranty and Full and Oil service levels (which start at €250) for those that are not.  If your vehicle has an online service record (OSR) we can update that for you, if required.

Our workshop is ultra-modern and kitted out with state-of-the-art equipment and tools, including manufacturer-specific diagnostics for BMW, Mercedes, and VW Group vehicles. We only ever use genuine manufacturer or OEM parts, and all our work is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months or 12,000km (whichever occurs sooner).

Customers travel great distances from all over the country so we can work on their vehicles, and we never take this privilege for granted.  We’re located on Coes Road East, to the north east of Dundalk, and pride ourselves on the attention-to-detail we give every vehicle we work on, whether it’s a bulb change or a major service.
